  7.  Any Speed defines speed of data transfer.
  8.  It measures real transfer speed between Internet provider
  9.  and your computer and define the time when Internet
  10.  speed is highest.
  11.  Also Any Speed can define speed of a local network or a
  12.  CD ROM driver, and shows the results in a graphical manner.
  13.  Any Speed puts the results in the trend file and can build
  14.  the trend chart for any day.
  15.  If you measure speed of dial-up connection, Any Speed keeps
  16.  it alive by clicking "connect" button when connection
  17.  is dropped.
  18.  Any Speed allows you to run an application when network
  19.  speed has some value. For example it can run your email
  20.  program every time you are connected to Internet.

  23. System Requirements:

  25.  80386/486 based IBM PC compatible computer (or higher).
  26.  4MB of free memory;
  27.  2MB free disk space;
  28.  Microsoft Windows 95/98/2000/NT;
  29.  A mouse;
  30.  A color monitor with a VGA card is recommended.
  31.  Microsoft TCP/IP Protocol and Microsoft Dial-Up Networking
  32.  (for the Internet speed measurement). Other stacks are
  33.  not supported.

  37.  Any Speed is distributed as Shareware. This is not Freeware or 
  38.  Public Domain. You may use the shareware version as long as you
  39.  wish but you will see advertising in the Any Speed window.
  40.  If you don't want to see the advertising, then you should
  41.  purchase a license. After you pay, you receive Registration
  42.  Name and Registration key from the author to tell Any Speed that
  43.  you have paid the shareware fee.

  45.  ADVERTISING DOESN'T APPEAR IN REGISTERED VERSION.

  49.  Paying for Any Speed is fairly simple. Open the Register program, that
  50.  accompanies Any Speed, by starting up the file REGISTER.EXE. Enter your 
  51.  name, your email address, and the number of single user licenses you
  52.  desire for each program you wish to purchase. Save or Copy or Print
  53.  the data from the Register program and send the data and payment
  54.  to Kagi Shareware. For further information open the REGISTER.HLP file.

  70. Installation:

  72.  Run AnySpStp.exe program and follow the instructions.
  73.  Then add Any Speed to your Startup group (folder) by right
  74.  clicking on the Start button and selecting explore. Go to programs/startup and put the shortcut
  75.  of ANYSPEED.EXE in the folder.

  79.  Start ANYSPEED.EXE from Windows environment (by double click in 
  80.  Explorer for example).

  82. Uninstallation:

  85.  1. Click the Start button
  86.  2. Click Settings
  87.  3. Click Control Panel
  88.  4. Double-click Add/Remove Programs
  89.  5. Select Any Speed and click the Add/Remove... button
  90.  6. Click the Yes button to confirm deletion.

  94.  Any Speed may be distributed freely in its original unmodified and
  95.  unregistered form. The distribution have to include all files of its
  96.  original distribution.
